Dr Oatcare Butter Cookies

Ingredients
– 160g unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
– 40g caster sugar
– 45g icing sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 egg yolk
– 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
– 250g superfine flour
– 50g Dr OatCare
– a few maraschino cherries, diced

Method
1) Whisk butter, caster sugar, icing sugar and salt till fluffy.
2) Add yolk and vanilla essence. Whip evenly.
3) Add superfine flour and Dr Oatcare. Fold well with a rubber spatula.
4) Fill piping bag (fitted with nozzle) with batter. Pipe floral patterns onto baking tray lined with parchment paper. Then top with the diced cherries to decorate.
5) Bake in oven preheated at 150°C for about 25 minutes. Remove to cool before storing in a sealed container.

用料
– 无盐牛油160克,室温软化
– 细砂糖40克
– 糖粉45克
– 盐半茶匙
– 蛋黄1个
– 香草精半茶匙
– 特幼粉250克
– Dr OatCare 50克
– 糖渍红樱桃数粒,切丁

作法
1) 将牛油、细砂糖、糖粉和盐打至松发。
2) 加入蛋黄和香草精搅打均匀。
3) 加入特幼粉和初胚燕麦,用橡皮刮刀切拌均匀。
4) 将面糊装入套上裱花嘴的裱花袋中,在铺上油纸的烤盘上挤出花样,再摆放糖渍红樱桃丁作点缀。
5) 送入预热至摄氏150度的烤箱,烘烤约25分钟。取出饼干待凉,装入密封容器中保存。
